when imc-shef hosted the imc-uk-network meeting we catered for about 50 folks. we used st mary's church hall where about 25-30 people stayed. there was bags of room left. i would say it could easily accommodate 60-75 people [there may be fire regulation implications]. the kitchen was great with a huge catering oven.
imc-sheffield made a donation of £25 to st mary's and a further £25 should be forthcoming from the imc-uk-network soon.
using this venue was a positive experience.
combined with shef folks' floors, i suspect we could squeeze in just over 100 before looking for further options.
